Long Beach
Loveladies Beach

We were walking the beaches in Harvey Cedars and crossed into the Loveladies section of Long Beach. Dogs are allowed on the beaches in Long Beach from October 1st through May 15th. Since our visit here was in the middle of September, we were a little early. There is no indication of where the border between municipalities is on the beach, so we didn't realize we crossed over. The Loveladies section of town has a number of free access points to the beach, so we may come back after October if the weather is warm enough and walk the rest of the beach area.
North Beach

Like the Loveladies section to the north, we crossed into Long Beach on the south end of our Harvey Cedars beach walk. We turned around just over the border, and headed back to Harvey Cedars the way we came.
